Who we are

The Prime Decades is run by Benny Glaser, Czech Republic, who is responsible for your data. You can reach us athello@prime-decades.com.

What we collect

• When you subscribe: your email address and the date and time you agreed to receive our emails.
• When you read our emails: whether an email was delivered and opened and which links were clicked, so we can tell what is useful.
• When you visit the site: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security, and anonymous visit counts (see Cookies below).

Cookies

We don’t use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so we don’t ask you to accept any. To see which pages are read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from bots; it is not used for tracking. If we ever add cookies that need your consent, we will ask first.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email address only to send you The Prime Decades letter, based on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us. Server logs are kept for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Who processes your data for us

• Wix.com stores our subscriber list and sends our emails.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from attacks.

Both may process data outside the European Economic Area under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Our fonts are served from our own site, not from third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address and your consent for as long as you are subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time, with one click in any of our emails. When you do, we stop emailing you straight away. We then keep only your email address and the dates you subscribed and unsubscribed, so we can show that you agreed and make sure you don’t get our emails again. If you want that record deleted too, write to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write tohello@prime-decades.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
